Bute Golf Course
Bute Golf Club’s unique nine-hole Kingarth course is a hidden gem. Close to the sands of Stravannan Bay on the west coast of the Bute, it offers seaside golf in a spectacular setting. The mountains of Arran provide a backdrop to this short, but tricky, course. There are panoramic views across the Kilbrannan Sound to Kintyre in the west and to the Ayrshire coast in the east. Visitors are very welcome. A £15 green fee entitles golfers to play all day and green fees should be deposited in the honesty box at the clubhouse. Use the carpark provided at the top and then walk down to the course.
