Beachmore
This is the perfect escape from the city. If you’re looking forward to getting away from it all then head to our two private lodges at Beachmore. Facing the Atlantic Ocean, and with views over to Gigha, Islay, Jura and beyond, each lodge has its own private garden, so it’s safe for children or pets. Open your garden gate and walk straight onto the beach – bliss.

Bellochantuy Beach
If you’re looking for a holiday park just steps from the beach then you’ve found the right place! Bellochantuy Beach’s holiday homes all come with stunning views of Islay, Jura and Gigha as standard and the promise of incredible sunsets – don’t forget to pack your camera!

Just footsteps from a safe sandy beach, which is great for children and dogs, Bellochantuy Beach is a great location for family holidays. For adrenaline junkies you’ll also find the famous surfer’s paradise of Westport Beach a short 5 minute drive away. Bellochantuy Beach is a great location for wildlife spotting and island hopping. And, if you like golf then you’ll love that there’s a great choice of golf courses within a short drive, including the links course at Machrihanish.

Don’t forget to call into the Argyll Hotel Bellochantuy, next door to our holiday park, which serves delicious food – perfect for the nights when you don’t want to cook!

West Loch Shores
Just two miles south of Tarbert lies West Loch Shores, the biggest of our holiday parks. Our lovely timber lodges range from standard to luxury and we really do have something for everyone. It’s a great place to just get away from it all, kick back and relax as you watch the world go by from your own private deck. Or, if you prefer more adventure, it’s a great base to go out exploring. With 5 ferry terminals within easy reach, island hopping has never been easier. Head to Arran for day trip, go to Gigha and visit the famous Achamore Gardens, or head to the whisky islands of Islay and Jura. Or, if you prefer, take the ferry from Tarbert to Portavadie and explore Argyll’s Secret Coast.

We also (in season) offer watersports including kayaking, canoeing and stand up paddleboarding. West Loch Shores is an excellent choice for people who want something a bit different from their holiday.

The beautiful fishing village of Tarbert is just a short two mile drive from West Loch Shores. Here you’ll find some excellent restaurants, hotels and cafes so whether you’re looking for some locally caught seafood or an ice-cream you won’t be disappointed! The village plays host to a number of festivals throughout the year, and if you visit during one of these then make sure you get involved!

Tarbert Holiday Park

Tarbert Holiday Park is a new park situated two and a half miles south of the village of Tarbert, Loch Fyne.

We offer facilities for campervans, motorhomes, caravans and glamping pods.

Tarbert Holiday Park is the perfect overnight stop when you want to get the early ferry – it’s close to ferry terminals for Islay, Arran, Gigha and the Cowal peninsula. It’s also a good base from where to explore Kintyre, where you’ll find everything from whisky and gin distilleries to long distance walking routes and a multitude of festivals!

Situated close to the Kintyre Way, Tarbert Holiday Park is perfectly positioned for people who want to walk all, or part, of this 100-mile trail. It’s also a great location for mountain biking as it combines some off road sections with forestry paths.

Tarbert Holiday Park is just a ten-minute drive from pretty village of Tarbert, Loch Fyne. Here you’ll find lots of independent shops selling some original gifts, as well as a number of cafes and restaurants. Be sure to also take a walk up to Robert the Bruce’s castle, which although now ruined, dominates the village skyline.

West Loch Shores’ paddlesports centre which runs between Easter and October is nearby and offers kayaking, canoeing or stand up paddleboarding. These can be hired by the hour, or if you’d prefer, you can book a session with their fully qualified paddlesports coach.
