Isle of Mull Cheese
Using raw-milk produced from our own dairy herd, the cheese is cloth-bound and matured for up to 18 months. We also make a blue cheese called Hebridean Blue, a much younger cheese. The unique taste of the cheese comes from Mulls rich pastures and whisky spent grains from Tobermory Distillery. All heat and electricity is produced by our Hydro and local managed forests.
