Tea Grown in Argyll

Glen Caladh Tea are members of the association of Scottish Tea Producers, growing Camellia sinensis in Scotland and producing Scottish grown tea. Our small tea plantation on the shores of Loch Riddon, on the Cowal Peninsula, is farmed organically. We are collaborating with Tea Scotland and have developed two black teas called The Gathering and The Blackhouse. We are also developing our own Glen Caladh Single Estate Tea. Tea, like wine takes on the characteristics of the soil and climate where it's grown and Scottish teas are proving to be a delicious and exciting new beverage product for Scotland.
