Craigard House Hotel & Restaurant

Craigard House Hotel overlooks Campbeltown Loch, in a quiet cul-de-sac, but minutes from the centre of town. A recently converted Victorian mansion, originally built by a Whisky Distiller, Craigard offers a friendly and informal stay in 13 comfortable, well-appointed rooms, many with glorious sea views.

All room bookings include a full Scottish breakfast. The Lochside Restaurant, awarded ‘Taste the Best’ by Visit Scotland for several years, specialises in freshly prepared local seafood and shellfish from Kintyre waters; Lamb, Beef and Pork from nearby farms, and award-winning Kintyre cheeses and Campbeltown Smoked produce. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are always available, and all dietary needs can be catered for with advance notice. The chef makes dinner rolls daily. The hearty Breakfast will give you a good start to the day, and includes fresh fruit salad, porridge, local Smoked Salmon, Smoked Haddock and Kippers as well as the Full Scottish Breakfast and much more.

Whether your visit is inspired by business or tourism; a love of dramatic scenery; Golf; Whisky; or a desire to retrace your roots - the staff of the Craigard House Hotel are committed to make your stay comfortable and, above all, enjoyable.
