One Marine Place

Located on the beautiful Isle of Bute, One Marine Place is your home from home. Nestled on the edge of the sea and a short walk from both Rothesay & Port Bannatyne, our apartments make the ideal base for a short break and to explore the many gems Bute has to offer. All apartments have one private on-site parking space, free wifi, fully equipped kitchens & access to our mature gardens.

We now have an event space on the Isle of Bute, called Bute Yard, where you will find fantastic pop-up kitchens, the Isle of Bute Gin Distillery, live music events, monthly local food & craft markets & Ritches Smoke House, which sells local seafood and fish.

There are lots of events lined up on Bute with Butesong, Butefest, Bute Highland Games & Bute Agricultural Show being just a few of the events happening on our buteiful island.
