Escape to Rockhill Farm on the southern banks of Loch Awe for peace and tranquility. Our self-catering cottages were recently renovated (2022) to a luxury standard with hot tubs and an indoor sauna. Both enjoy large balconies for outdoor dining and savouring our spectacular views over the Ben Cruachan massif. We offer seclusion and privacy due to our rural location down a half-mile private track but are only 90 minutes from Glasgow Airport, 40 minutes from Oban or 20 minutes from Inveraray. Guests enjoy open access to the Loch for fishing and other watersports via the estates' private pontoon which is a stone's throw from the cottages. We welcome pets who benefit from the many walks which you can take directly from your front door. Gameskeeper Cottage is our 3-bedroom property and has an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The spacious balcony hosts a hot tub and BBQ area as well as an outdoor dining table. Blar Cottage is our 2-bedroom property with both a hot tub and private sauna. It has a bright lounge area (with an additional sofa bed) and dining kitchen both of which have balcony access.
