Sea Kayak Scotland
This family-run business has been running for over 15 years and the
instructors have an intimate knowledge of the area.
The team is led by owner and chief instructor Kenny Lacey who holds the top BCU/SCA Level 5 sea kayak coach award.
They offer kayaking tailored to all abilities, whether you are a complete beginner or a competent paddler or aiming for qualifications. From instruction to guided trips to progression courses, Sea Kayak Scotland can give you a sea kayaking experience to remember.
They’ll provide top-quality equipment including lightweight paddles, dry bags for personal belongings and one-piece paddle suits. Of course you’re welcome to use your own equipment! Competent, experienced sea kayakers who prefer to be self-led can hire kayak and camping equipment.
The area around Seil is probably the best in the UK for kayaking, with something for allabilities. It’s in an Area of National Scenic Beauty and a European Special Area of Conservation. The local knowledge of the instructors is second to none, and not just in kayaking.
They are passionate about the area in which they live and take great delight in
making sure that you experience the wildlife and environment at its best.
