Highland Fold Ice Cream

Highland Fold Ice Cream is a family run business based on Achinreir Farm in Barcaldine in Argyll.

Our ice cream is made on the farm using milk from our Highland cows. The cows are hand milked daily and continue to run with their calves. The butterfat in the Highlander’s milk is very high making the milk rich and sweet and ideal for a perfect fresh, light gelato style ice cream.

Our ice cream, enhanced with seasonal syrups, sauces and toppings made with local ingredients, is sold from our beautifully converted horse trailer which is available for events and festivals.

We use completely compostable packaging.
