Summer Wild Foods

Step off the beaten path and into the abundance of nature this summer. In this hands-on, sensory workshop, you’ll be guided through the art of foraging with care, curiosity, and deep respect for the land. We’ll introduce you to the ‘Hunter-Gatherer way’-a mindful and sustainable approach to gathering wild foods. Learn to identify beginner-friendly edible plants, including seasonal leaves, flowers, berries, and even trees. Along the way, we’ll pause to reflect on our discoveries and enjoy a cup of wild-foraged tea together. Meet at Craignure Village Hall at 12.45 for 1pm start What to bring: A walking stick or long stick for gentle gathering, a pair of scissors, and a small bag or basket for your finds. Maximum of 12 spaces. Come curious, leave connected.
