Jack and the Beanstalk

Oban's Spotlight Musical Theatre Group returns with Jack and the Beanstalk, written by Amber Dexter-MacFarlene. Dame Trotts family farm is in a bit of trouble. The horrid landowner Madam Normous is demanding huge rent fees from everyone in the village. Dames Trott is worried she will have to sell her animals to raise the money. Her kids, Jack and Billie, try to think of inventive ways to save the farm. When village lass Jill (who Jack is secretly in love with) also cant pay her rent Madam Normous kidnaps her and takes her to the land of the clouds where her husband, the Giant, lives. Will Jack be able to rescue his true love? Can the farm be saved? Join us this festive season to find out.
