Ardkignlas House, Pastry workshop with Fiona Stubbs. Join us for a relaxed and rewarding day of pastry-making as you create two classic dishes from scratch. You’ll make a beautifully balanced lemon tart using buttery pâte sucrée, as well as flaky mushroom feuilletées with homemade puff pastry. Designed for confident home bakers, this hands-on day is an opportunity to enjoy the process, build on existing skills and leave with delicious results to be proud of. Includes a soup lunch and all ingredients.
