Wellbeing Foraging Walk

Join Waterhouse Wellbeing and Heathery Heights on a mindful wellbeing walk. Connect with nature, the wild species that benefit us and feel the stress peel away during our mindful breathwork session. A wild snack and soothing drink are included. Our aim is to help redress the balance and give people the opportunity to reconnect with nature, take a little time for themselves, and to enjoy the calm that spending time outdoors can give. Reducing stress hormones, heart rate, blood pressure and enjoying a walk whilst learning about nature’s bounty and taking the time to just 'breathe' offers a way to regain some balance and meet like-minded people too.
