Oban Pride

Info Oban Pride takes place from the 21st to 22nd August 2026. Oban Pride (registered charity SC049763) was set up in 2019 to provide spaces and events for LGBTQ+ people and to fight for equality. Aside from an annual Pride Weekend, we run events and activities throughout the year, both ourselves and in cooperation with the local community. We have three days of free events. Theme No theme Friday Quiz and social evening. Saturday Parade Gathering at 11:45, we will have speeches at 12:00 and then set off on our March at 12:30 to our venue for the rest of the day, Corran Halls. Festival From 12:50-15:00 we will have a large Community Stalls Village, Games Zone, Youth Zone, a Gaelic Zone, and a Quiet Zone. Stalls will be open from 12:00-12:50 for Quiet Time for those who might find it challenging when noisy and busy. After party Doors open at 19:00 for 19:30 for an evening of drag, comedy, performance and plenty of dancing! 18+ closes at 22:00. Sunday Poetry workshop and filmmaking workshop.
