Indoor Ice Skating

We're bringing an indoor ice skating rink to Rockfield! Tickets are priced at 10 per skater, which includes skate hire and access to skating aides. Smallest skate is a size 8. Children under 8 must have a supervising adult on the ice with them. Saturday night is Disco Night! From 7pm we'll be cranking up the tunes and letting the disco lights rip. Come dance the night away (or just try not to fall over to a good beat - your call!). Mulled wine and special hot chocolates will be available before and after you skate, as well as some tasty brats and other traditional ice skating fare! Sunday morning is Quiet Time! We're running a special ASN session for those with additional support needs 10am - 11am, and then some general purpose quiet sessions from 11am - 12pm, for anyone who wants to skate in a much quieter environment (no music, less people). Bringing an ice rink to Oban is a big expense and a bit of a gamble on our part, but we're responding to public demand and crossing our fingers, toes, and everything else that lots of lovely folk will embrace the opportunity to get their skate on! Please please please book in advance tho. It'll help us manage demand, and also let us know people are actually coming so we don't worry more than we need to :)
