The restaurant showcases the very best produce from Coll and our neighbouring islands, cooked with care and precision by Graham & Bridget
The restaurant at the Coll Hotel is light & airy, making the most of our spectacular coastal location with a breathtaking view at every turn. We have 60 covers across 2 rooms, accommodating diners from the hotel, the local community, yachtsmen who moor in the bay at the end of the garden, and other visitors to the island.
We run an informal restaurant which reflects our environment and helps our diners relax into their evening with us. We don’t turn tables; diners have their space for the evening to really immerse themselves in the 'Coll experience'. Graham & Bridget and the rest of the kitchen team work extremely hard to make every meal the best it can possibly be. Open 7 days a week, year-round.
Our island producers are there for us, making sure we get their produce exactly when we need it. Our food offering is all about Coll, fantastic ingredients prepared with care & attention to detail, then allowing the ingredients to speak for themselves. Behind every dish is the quality local produce from Coll, our neighbouring islands & Argyll. Creel-caught Coll shellfish, Coll-reared Hebridean lamb, fantastic freshly picked Coll vegetables & salad, Coll eggs- this is the starting point. Graham & Bridget create stunning dishes showcasing these amazing ingredients. Our menus offer exciting, accessible dishes that suit diners’ dietary requirements, budget & taste. We also offer an interesting, thoughtful vegan menu and always include delicious vegetarian dishes.
