You can travel from Glasgow on the UK's first active travel train with Scotrail's Highland Explorer. That's right, dedicated carriages for your bike and bikepack, or even your inflatable paddleboard. 'Pedaddling' around Scotland's Adventure Coast covers 3750km of coastline, 23 inhabited islands, 40 lochs and endless places to launch a SUP. Fuelling up is pretty much essential on a People Powered Adventure! The Wild About Argyll Taste of Place Trails will take care of you - find a cafe, coffee shop, restaurant or bar along your way. A top tip is to plan ahead to ensure you get a table and not disappointed when you're too hungry! Also, look out for many honesty box fuel stops for cakes and goods.
