Oban Winter Festival
14th Nov to 21st DecFestival action takes place mainly in town, and getting from place to place is very easy. Oban is quite compact, and walking is a fantastic way to get around. Discover the great shopping, bars and restaurants that make this town tick, take a tour of the local distillery and sample our national drink, or have a relaxing coffee in one of our many cafes, soaking up the beautiful view of the bay.
Events vary each day, from family favourites like the Reindeer Parade and Christmas light switch-on to ceilidhs and light shows.
Helensburgh Winter Events
Throughout November & DecemberEnjoy Christmas craft fairs, a storytelling festival, wreath workshops, quizzes and much more in beautiful Helensburgh. Leave the car at home and take the train!
Loch Lomond Festivals
6th & 7th December🎅 A festive market with unique gifts, crafts, and delicious treats. Santa Claus himself is in our Sealife Centre all weekend. Live entertainment on our Festival Stage, including choirs, dancers, and talented musicians. Festive food and drink stalls offering warming winter treats. Children’s entertainers and activities for all ages. A magical atmosphere with twinkling lights and our festive ‘selfie spots’ decorations.
