Ninth Wave Restaurant

Award-winning 4 Course Luxury Lunch Gem on the Wild Isle of Mull

Serving seafood from their own boat and Organic Island produce, a culinary adventure

The Ninth Wave is an award-winning food destination, offering 4 Course Luxury Lunches. An exclusive dining experience, the Ninth Wave is located on the Hebridean Isle of Mull, in Scotland. It is famous for its dramatic scenery, abundant wildlife and historical significance as the castle seat of the clan MacLean.

Owners Carla & John Lamont invite you to enjoy seafood fresh from their own boat, organic island meats and interesting produce from their Highland croft garden. MasterChef the Professionals quarter finalist, Carla will take you on a gastronomic adventure including a talk and tour of her unusual herb garden. Chef Carla will also be your very own culinary guide during the lunch, delivering entertaining and informative presentations relating to each course.

Ninth Wave is a destination restaurant on the wild moors of Mull. We showcase quality modern Pacific Rim cuisine with vibrant ethnicity: a celebration of quality produce gathered from the magnificent provender of Scotland. Ninth Wave’s approach is based on seasonality, using the croft’s own home-grown produce, fresh-caught seafood, and organic meats from the island.

Owners Carla & John Lamont invite you to explore the ever-changing menu sourced from fisherman’s sustainable catches and crofter’s bounty.
