At the Wild Kabn Kitchen, we are constantly exploring the connection between food, fire & nature with an aim of showcasing this unique relationship throughout the dishes that we create. Guests are invited to join William Rhys Hamer beside the shores of Loch Fyne before journeying into the 18th century gardens of Ardkinglas Estate where one can marvel at a vast array of wild flowers and hidden pathways. As dusk approaches, the fires are lit and you may enter the old greenhouse to experience unique dishes that have been drawn from the burning embers. The wild landscape of Argyll and the changing seasons are constantly inspiring William to create new and exciting dishes that are unique to this extraordinary part of the world.
