The Isle of Gigha Camp and Motorhome site is a brand new 25-pitch site overlooking Ardminish Bay. 

On-site facilities include showers and toilets (including an accessible/family bathroom), washing up area, chemical waste disposal point and electric hook-ups on 6 motorhome pitches.


Self Catering

LRM Holiday Lets are host to 5 self-catering holiday cottages on the island, ranging from cosy fisherman's crofts to luxury converted farm buildings. The Ferry Croft cottages are located near the ferry terminal, and The Steadings, comprising of The Byre, The Barn and The Stable, are close to Achamore Gardens. All of the 5 cottages have a log burner for those cosy nights in after a day spent exploring.

Beach View Cottage is a 'beachy' 'chic', bright open plan cottage close to a secluded beach. The secure garden is a sun trap but beware, a cow might pop over to say 'moo'! You can leave the car on the mainland as it is within walking distance to all local amenities. The cottage accommodates up to 6 people, dogs are welcome, and there is Wi-Fi available throughout the property. Beach View cottage has been newly renovated, and you can enjoy a large wood burning fire with unlimited firewood included in all bookings. One night stays are available in this property.

This is an airy 2 bedroom semi-detached bungalow situated in the midst of Ardminish, the main village on the island. Newly freshened, the house boasts a new kitchen and wood burning stove with back boiler. In the colder months you can cosy up in the living room, but the fire will happily heat the whole home. A small front and back private garden and driveway with a BBQ are also accessible. You have a view of the Sound of Gigha from the rear of the house. With all amenities being within a 10 minute walk, you won’t need to venture far for an evening meal or drink.

9 Ardminish is a lovely 3 bedroomed holiday let with an enclosed garden situated centrally in Ardminish village, only 1 mile from the ferry slip. The house is close to several white, sandy beaches and also many other local attractions such as Achamore Gardens. Pets are welcome in this holiday let and there is also free Wi-Fi available throughout the property.

This traditional handmade Yurt sleeps 4 people and is the only one on the island. The yurt is set in a private garden alongside chickens, herbs and vegetables and is furnished with comfortable beds and a cosy wood burning stove. Joe & Hannah who run the Yurt live in the adjacent house, and both work in the local shop- Ardminish Stores. With blue sea with white sandy beaches 2 minutes away, The Yurt Experience provides a truly unique getaway if you are looking for something a little bit different!


Bed & Breakfasts

Situated within Achamore Gardens, the Category B listed building holds a rich history dating as far back as 1868. Achamore House can offer bed & breakfast to guests in one of their twelve beautifully decorated bedrooms. The house can also host weddings and seminars for up to 50 guests.

Springbank is situated on the west coast of Gigha with spectacular views of Islay. There are 3 guest bedrooms all ensuite with toiletries, hospitality trays, TV with DVD and free WiFi. Continental breakfast is served in a modern kitchen diner where a selection of cereals, fruit juice, rolls, bread, pastries, continental meats and cheeses are available.

Nestling in trees to the south of the island, the house was the Lodge house for Achamore House and later it’s world famous Achamore Gardens. The Lodge has private gardens solely for resident use to the front with ‘tropical’ trees that host a spectrum of birds, which enables a sense of rest and relaxation for guests. A hammock can be hung on request and there is a croquet set and boules for guests to enjoy.

Achamore Lodge has two spacious guest rooms, each with a king size double bed and a single if required, a selection of reading, tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Both rooms are peaceful with views to the garden and bird feeders. Guests have sole use of the newly renovated bathroom with a walk in power shower and large bath ideal for long soaks after a day exploring the island. Due to the ongoing impact of Covid-19 only one 'family unit' is booked in at a time. A full hearty home cooked breakfast of guests choice is available in the morning with all diets catered for. All eggs used come from the Achamore Lodge flock and milk is from the Wee Isle Dairy on the island.
