A true 'Home from Home'

Ederline Farm Guest House was completed in the spring of 2022. The house has been totally renovated at Ederline Farm to create three en-suite rooms for guests. They are all elegantly decorated and have en-suite shower rooms with one en-suite also having a bath. All of the bedrooms are spacious and have full size super-king beds or twin beds with Simba mattresses, Smart TVs, hot drink facilities, large walk in showers and amazing views across the fields down to the Loch. A self-service continental breakfast is provided, available from 8am-10.00am, which is laid out in the kitchen. The Estate is a short drive to numerous places to eat or guests can use the kitchen to heat up a preprepared evening meal. You can then relax by the log burner in the sitting room which will be lit on colder nights. A warm welcome awaits!
