These beautiful islands have a rich heritage of Hebridean hospitality centered around a warm welcome and generous offerings of home produced food – whether it was lamb from the croft, fish freshly caught from the sea, or delicious home baking – going back to a time before supermarkets and online shopping.
The clear waters surrounding us produce wonderful shellfish, whilst the extensive hill farming and crofting methods produce tender well hung island meats produced locally. Scenic gardens grow wonderful fresh vegetables and fruits, whilst kitchens, big and small, create a grand selection of edible delights.
